Oliver is notable for being the first English Vocaloid to have a child voice provider. The voice bank is also the first younger boy Vocaloid to have the voice provider be of the same gender and age. Oliver was the first English V3 Vocaloid. With being a V3, the Oliver voice bank does come with V3 Tiny Editorbut it's complete shit that serves as a demon and the actual V3 itself needs to be bought separately. However, PowerFX is currently selling a bundle that features the physical copy of Oliver voice bank and the true V3 editor.
